dieta ate esta a correr bem apesar de uns pecaduzinhos =P..comi tres bolachinhas tipo caseiras...mas foi so hoje=P...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;sabem uma coisa..apesar de nao estar a fazer dieta a muito tempo ja me sinto melhor..nao estou a falar fisicamente ..em termos de organismo...sinto-me mais leve...dormo melhor...sabe bem=)...sinto-me bemm,feliz....&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;tenho feito abdominais..100 de manha e 100 a noite..nao faço todos iguais..variu..faço 20 de uns..20 de outros...etc...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;bem estou cansada tive a fazer um trabalho de filosofia que seca=S...e ainda nao acabei mas tenho mais um dia..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span /&gt;&lt;li&gt;gelatina&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 bolachas tipo caseira&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span postei...voltei a comer porcarias ontem=/...&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#9999ff;"&gt;mas hoje estou bem melhor=)...resolvi os problemas...as coisas com a minha mae estao bem melhores eeee o mais importante nao comi porcarias nenhumasss=)..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;estou bem mais animada,tinha receio que como estes dois dias comi porcarias ia voltar tudo outra vez,que nao conseguisse voltar a alimentaçao equilibrada....mas nao...hoje nao comi porcarias e estou feliz por isso..agora é so compensar estes dois dias!!....limpei a casa toda para fazer um pouco de exercício e aproveitar para ajudar a minha mae...tenho bebido bastante agua....e prontos agora volta tudo ao normal...=)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;nao sei quanto tempo durará esta "luta"...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;nao sei se desistirei...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;nao sei se valerá a pena...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;nao sei se conseguirei atingir o meu objectivo...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;só sei que...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;agora nao desistirei,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;e que, passo a passo lutarei...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;lutarei contra os obstáculos que se cruzarem no meu caminho.....&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bem isto tudo para dizer que apesar de haver estes contratempos eu levantarei a cabeça e seguirei o caminho..ninguem disse que era fácil...mas eu, passo a passo, conseguirei emagrecer...&lt;br /&gt;e com a style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a escola vai mal...as notas têm descido..ja estou cansada de tanto estudar..de trabalhos...de apresentaçoes =/&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;por ultimo e o pior, com estas chatices todas acabei por comer tudo o que me aparecia a frente (cheguei ao ponto de ficar mal disposta ='(&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;FOGO que dia....estava a ir tudo tao bem..e estava-me a sentir super bem por estes últimos dias ter comido melhor...e agora pronto!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;bem por hoje é tudo..estou mesmo sem motivação para escrever...ate tenho vergonha de meter o que comi ='(...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br magro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;almoço(o desastre)..='(..&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;sopa (2 colheres)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;arroz(bastante)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 perna de frango, 3 costeletas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;bastante pao torrado com manteiga e fiambre&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;ainda fui fazer batatas fritas (acham normal??) fogo!!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 kiwis&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;lanche 1&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;(nada como é óbvio ate estava mal disposta)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;jantar&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 colheres de sopa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;os horarios de alimentação nao andaram muito certos(pois, fui tirar sangue e como sabem nao se pode comer)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;hoje nao me alimentei como devia(tive de almoçar na escola,no bar,e so há porcarias =/)..nao comi na cantina(onde se serve almoços), porque nao gostava mesmo do almoço de hoje, normalmente sempre que tenho aulas de manha e de tarde como lá na cantina...&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Fogo acho que as escolas deviam dar &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;"bons hábitos alimentares"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; ter maioritariamente coisas saudáveis...mas não em vez disso têm bolos com cremes, cachorros, pães com chouriço, batatas fritas, baguetes com pasta de atum ou de outra coisa qualquer...ai ai....só coisas saudaveis =/&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;cá vai..o que comi hoje....&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;pequeno almoço&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;(nao comi em casa =/)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;galão(leite meio-gordo)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;pão com fiambre(sem ser magro)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;1º lanche&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;iogurte magro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span manteiga)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;o que acham??hoje antes de almoçar estive a pensar nisso..ja que tinha de comer "porcarias", comia o que fazia menos mal =P&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;bem...para terminar que tenho montes de coisas pa fazer, ontem disse que hoje postava algumas &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;dicas que uma nutricionista me disse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; (possivelmente ja sabem mas prontos =P )&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;quando fizerem sopa nunca misturem (Batata, cenoura, abóbora, feijão, grão e nabo ), ou seja, utilizem so um destes alimentos com outros que nao estejam na lista pa fazer sopa..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;no máximo utilizem so 5 variedades de legumes na sopa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;se comerem sopa e depois o prato principal comam a sopa 0:30 antes pois assim ja estao mais cheias e nao comem tanto a seguir...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;prontos é isto....tive pouco tempo com ela....&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;bem &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#9999ff;"&gt;beijinhOs&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;para todas****assim que der vou apeteceu comer nenhuma porcaria=), o que é bom...e prontos resumidamente este foi o meu dia...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;como me pediram para falar um pouco de mim cá vai...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;primeiro vou falar &lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;psicologicamente&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;...(como nao tenho grande jeito para me apresentar vou falar por tópicos)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;gosto de sair(apesar de agora nao sair tanto devido ao meu style="color:#333333;"&gt;tenho 1,65m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;peso 69kg&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;sou morena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;tenho cabelo encaracolado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;a minha estrutura é tipo "pêra"(mais larga em baixo que em cima)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;tenho olhos castanho claros....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;bem agora sobre &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;os meus habitos alimentares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#006600;"&gt;( que estou a tentar mudar =) )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;bem adoro pao com manteiga,torradas com manteiga, para mim é uma perdição&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;ate passo bem sem chocolates mas quando como quero sempre engolir..parece um pouco parvo mas tenho que começar por algum lado =P )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;nao bebo quase nada de agua, chás, nem muito&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;nao como carne vermelha há ja bastante tempo..so mesmo quando tem de ser(por ex na deus, croassant, e pastel de nata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;odeio bolos com cremes (o que é bom)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;gosto de batidos mas raramente bebo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;gosto muitooo mesmo de gelatina só de pessego&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;nao sou viciada em gomas...como de vez em quando...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;nao meto açúcar nas coisas só adoçante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;nao gosto de leite simples nem frio =P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;como bastante alface e fruta...legumes de vez em quando...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;raramente como pizzas..ca em casa ninguem aprecia muito (inda bem...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;antes comia 4 vezes ao dia...pequeno almoço...um lanche da parte da manha e depois como comia tanto..mas tanto ao almoço depois tentava nao comer....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;agora tento comer de duas em duas horas...mas as vezes é um pouco dificil devido as aulitas....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;e.....ja nao me lembro de mais nada =P...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;em termos de desporto gosto de nataçao fiz durante muitos anos mas depois cansei-me..agora nado quando me apetece....faço ginasio parei este mes(como ja disse) mas vou voltar....gosto de fazer desportos radicais...gosto de equitação....adoro fazer canoagem...gosto muito mais de fazer desporto ao ar livre do que em ginasios...gosto de jogar voleibol...futebol tambem gosto(mas nao dou uma pa caixa)=P...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;e prontos ficaram a saber mais um pouco(grande) de mim...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;vou postar o que comi hoje...ea partir de agora vou postar sempre que der...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span 2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;iogurte magro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;almoço&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;peixe cozido&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;grelos (o que nao gosto lá ser)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;sopa de legumes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;queijo fresco&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span /&gt;Ontem quando tive um tempinho andei a “cuscar” uns blog e fique surpreendida com a quantidade de pessoas que estão na mesmo situação que eu…nunca pensei que houvesse assim tantas pessoas..uma espécie de “comunidade”=P… o que é bastante bom pois acho que incentiva mais…...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ao ler alguns post, fiquei motivada a não desistir, a “lutar” contra a minha vontade(de comer)=P ,se assim se pode dizer, a lutar contra estes quilinhos a mais…&lt;br /&gt;Acho que, se hoje em dia há mais motivação para emagrecer, há ainda mais “motivações” para engordar…&lt;br /&gt;Hoje de manha quando estava a tomar o pequeno almoço liguei a televisão e acho incrível…se por um lado a televisão(telejornais principalmente) ajudam as pessoas e alertam sobre os problemas da obesidade por outro lado(nos anúncios publicitários) aliciam as pessoas a comprarem produtos que só prejudicam a saúde…&lt;br /&gt;Depois como querem diminuir a obesidade? como querem que as crianças não comprem produtos que só os prejudicam??..mas enfim contra isso não podemos fazer grande coisa….&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bem mas falando um pouco de mim decidi voltar para o ginásio(eu tinha desistido porque tinha vergonha de ir la,pois todas as pessoas emagreciam menos eu…fiquei deprimida e desisti), para o mês que vem já estou lá outra vez…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Também escrevi uma lista de objectivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;1º Ter força de vontade&lt;br /&gt;2º Emagrecer hehe&lt;br /&gt;3º Chegar a Agosto pelo menos com 64 (vai ser difícil)&lt;br /&gt;4º Deixar de roer as unhas (Um vicio que tenho desde…desde sempre)&lt;br /&gt;5º Deixar de comer tanto pão (eu adoro pão..então com manteiga..hummm)&lt;br /&gt;6º Deixar de ser mal disposta (pois desde que engordei fiquei mais mal desposta)&lt;br /&gt;7º Sair mais com os meus amigos dos quais me afastei&lt;br /&gt;8º Deixar-me de tantos complexos( esta vai demorar um bocadinho)&lt;br /&gt;9º E passar de ano =)….&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bem por enquanto é tudo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Agradeço as pessoas que comentaram apesar de poucas incentivaram-me bastante…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bjinhOs a todos****** &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;e força para todas que estam "nesta luta" como eu...vamos conseguir!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Este é o meu primeiro post&lt;/strong&gt;….estava triste pois cada vez estou mais gorda, então comecei a pesquisar na net coisa para emagrecer e comecei a ver blogs com raparigas que tinham o mesmo problema que eu…continuei a ler e vi que era uma espécie de “comunidade” que se ajudavam e davam apoio umas as outras e decidi então também fazer um…partilhar os meus sentimentos derrotas e conquistas com tantas pessoas que ao terem os mesmo problemas que eu percebem o que eu sinto…&lt;br /&gt;Vou contar a minha pequena historia… nunca fui gordinha tinha uma constituição normal, achava-me uma pessoa bonitinha as pessoas passavam por mim mandavam piropos, falavam comigo, metiam-se comigo…mas a partir de Janeiro/Fevereiro comecei a comer mais do que o habitual, umas torradinhas, uns bolinhos ate que hoje em dia como por quatro pessoas…sinto-me mal e em vez de parar de comer ainda como mais e mais, assim sucessivamente….&lt;br /&gt;Comecei-me a afastar das pessoas,não fui 2 semanas para a escola com vergonha que as pessoas me vissem ,deixei de sair tanto com os meus amigos, fico em casa deprimida e triste…tenho vergonha de mim própria…já tentei nutricionistas mas é tudo em vão estou 2 semanas no máximo bem e depois volta tudo ao normal….&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JÁ CHEGA&lt;/strong&gt; quero emagrecer e sentir-me bem comigo própria, quero ser como antes não só fisicamente mas psicologicamente…. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por isso espero que as “bloguistas” que passam/passaram pelo mesmo que eu me ajudem…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;hoje peso 69 e espero conseguir chegar a minha meta!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Espero pelas vossas visitas, conselhos, mensagens de apoio..pois é mais fácil passar por isto tudo com ajuda
